Printing on napkins
Use a facility’s restaurant or snack bar to promote an annual calendar of events. Simply speak with the management about printing this information on the back of the napkins used in the dining facilities. They should support it since people will eat there to be reminded of up-coming events, and increased event participation increases income. You can also list the names of the club champions from the previous year. This idea promotes events and gives wonderful recognition to your members. Everyone wins.
